About this product
The Bridgestone J15MB Irons Set is a 6-club set for right-handed men, including 5-iron through pitching wedge, with steel shafts in stiff flex (DG S200). These muscle-back blades are forged for a traditional feel and precision, with a 7-iron length of 37 inches and weight of 438 grams. Designed for skilled players seeking workability and control.
Our take
This set offers a compact blade option for the budget-conscious golfer who prioritizes feel and shot-shaping. The stiff flex and heavier weight (438g 7I) indicate a preference for a heavier, more controlled swing. However, the set is incomplete, lacking the 3- and 4-irons, so you'll need to fill those gaps. Muscle-back blades are demanding, so this is best for low handicappers. The price is reasonable for a forged set, but the missing clubs and demanding nature are trade-offs.
